About

Hi, I’m Chelsea
I’m a web designer passionate about creating intuitive and accessible digital experiences. With a focus on user-centric design, I strive to build websites that are visually appealing and functional for all users.
My approach blends curiosity with meticulous craftsmanship, ensuring each project reflects the client’s vision while adhering to best practices in usability and accessibility. I aim to deliver solutions that resonate with users and stand the test of time.
Professional Background
My journey into web design is rooted in a solid foundation of IT support and customer service. In my previous roles, I assisted individuals in navigating technical challenges, translating complex issues into understandable solutions. This experience honed my ability to empathize with users, anticipate their needs, and communicate effectively.

Currently, I am expanding my technical expertise through the Web Design and Development program at Glendale Community College. This program offers a comprehensive curriculum, including graphic design, UI/UX, content management systems, and e-commerce solutions, preparing me for a rewarding career in a rapidly growing field .

By combining my background in IT support and customer service with my ongoing education, I bring a unique perspective to web design—one that prioritizes accessibility, functionality, and a deep understanding of user needs.
Beyond The Screen
Based in the city of Phoenix, Arizona, I find inspiration in the desert’s natural beauty and the spirit of those around me. When I’m not immersed in web design, I indulge in a variety of hobbies that fuel my creativity and curiosity.
I enjoy drawing and painting, exploring different mediums to express ideas visually. Gardening allows me to connect with nature and appreciate growth over time, while baking and candle-making offer hands-on experiences that blend science and art. I’m also an avid film enthusiast, always on the lookout for stories that challenge perspectives and evoke emotions.
I’m continually seeking new challenges and experiences, believing that stepping outside of one’s comfort zone fosters personal and professional growth. This adventurous mindset not only enriches my personal life but also informs my approach to design, encouraging innovation, empathy, and a user-focused perspective.
